Me, Again!!

Hello to all of you who are still checking this blog. I know that I have been very lazy with my blogging. i could come up with a million excuses, but lets just leave it at I have been having way too much fun. so, last I talked with you, I had just graduated. It was a nice ceremony. My best bud (almost like a sister), May-Ling and her wonderful boyfriend, Leith (who just graduated from UT!!) came to the ceremony. My parents and sis were also there. Unfortunatley, Michael was not able to make it due to his crazy work schedule. Anyway, the ceremony was nice. It really made me feel like i had acomplished something pretty amazing. It was a nice feeling. We took a bunch of pics and headed over to PF Chang's for a nice celebratory lunch. it was definitley good times. Well, that afternoon, Michael and I hit Miriam's graduation party, which was a very nice time. Then, in the evening was my party, which was much fun also. I would say good times all around.

After graduation, Miriam and I made a short trip to austin just to get out of town and celebrate. We spent some time with May-Ling and had some fun playing in austin. Later that week, Miriam, Marla, Michael and I all headed out for a 2 day camping trip at Turner Falls in Oklahoma. It was so much fun. Just getting away from city life for a couple of days was wonderful. We hiked, we swam, we peed in the woods, we drank, we lit great big fires and cooked delicious camping foods, Michael played his guitar and we all sang around the campfire. it was delightful. more good times. This whole graduating thing is better than i ever imagined it would be. It would be perfect if only i could find myself a job that i really want and that pays what i deserve. I already turned down one job because it really wasnt what i want to do and it didnt pay what i would like to get. Anyway, i will keep looking.

So, since then, i have been spending a lot of time job hunting while continuing to work at my part time job in Plano. I have several leads, I am just waiting to hear back about interviews and such. i am really interested in a school social work position at Birdville ISD. keep your fingers crossed. :)

this week, I have spent packing since i am moving on saturday. Moving between apartments in the same complex (like my last move :) is much easier than moving to Arlington. Anyway, i rented a UHaul and i have many friends and my dad coming to help me move on Saturday. I am excited about this move. I am really looking forward to having my own place again with no roommate and no cat. I love my cat, Charlie, but i think he and i will both be happier if he stays with my roommate, leslie. I am also looking forward to living closer to michael. this 40 minute commute is getting old.

Well, that is life in my neck of the woods. Constantly job hunting, still packing, still working, and still having lots of fun. I will out a mass email with my new address as soon as i get moved in. Love you all.
