Yeah for Christmas time!!!

well, we are less than a week away from christmas and I can't wait. I have 2 more days of work and then a 4 day weekend full of christmas fun, catching up with old friends, and hopefully some relaxing. This week at work hasn't been that bad. There were some big changes that took place on monday, but i am rolling with it and hoping for the best. the prospect of 4 days off is making it much easier to roll with it. :)

I have enjoyed my break from school thus far. I have been able to get some major things done around the house and also get my x-mas shopping taken care of. It has been nice to have some time to take care of things besides school. :) speaking of school, i will officially get my grades tomorrow, but my professors emailed me and they said that I got A's in both classes. I will confirm that tomorrow morning. :)

Well, I lost 1.8 pounds last week, so I am at my lowest weight yet since starting weight watchers. it is a great feeling right before the holidays. I am hoping to keep paying attention and maintain during the next 2 holiday weeks.

Well, i am at home now waiting to pick up Will at the train station. He is taking it in from plano. I am so excited to get to hang out with him this week. he is going to spend tonight and tomorrow night and I cant wait to catch up. we haven't seen him in 1 year. that is a long time. :) also, miriam and chris are going to be in town for christmas, so we are going to get to hang out with them also. best of all, my sis is going to be in town for a few weeks also, so we will get to catch up. I cant wait to hang out with everyone. Good times ahead!!

we are also planning a new christmas meal menu this year. thus far, it includes a crown of lamb (which looks pretty great), a stuffed roast, some vegetable sides (like roasted brussel sprouts or broccoli with garlic butter and cashews), some corn casserole, stuffing, a pumpkin roll, the buche de noel and much more. my parents are going to cook some of the meal and michael and I are going to cook part also. I think it will be tons of fun. I am really looking forward to it. christmas time is so much fun!!

anyway, i am just rambling now. hope you are all well. thank you all for the christmas cards. I love them all. I look forward to getting the mail every day so that i can see the cards. :) merry christmas everyone.
