therapy is hard

I really dont have much to add to this post, I think the title sums it up well. My internship today was quite challenging. I am working with a new client and she had several presenting problems and I felt very overwhelmed while talking to her. I felt like I didnt know what to say. It was a shitty feeling. Anyway, I talked with my coworker and my supervisor and that helped a lot. They told me to cut myself some slack, this is the first time I am doing this, so I am going to take their advice and take it easy on myself. Anyway, my coworker, the woman that is doing her internship with me (miriam) and I are heading to the velvet hookah tonight to take our minds off therapy. :)
